# Cookies consent message

Pipeline includes a Cookies consent popup that allows you to display a message an accept button and a link to your Privacy Policy page.

## How to

In the Overlay group -> Popups, add the Cookie consent popup block:

Click on the block to configure the block settings including the title text, message text, and appearance:&#x20;

## Customer privacy preferences

The consent popup is only designed to show in certain regions like the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland. It wouldn't show for customers from other regions.

The theme doesn't require a Privacy banner app to be installed, Pipeline will display the Cookie consent message to these regions.&#x20;

You can configure customer privacy under Online Store -> Preferences, scroll down to the Customer privacy section:
